Libby - Overdrive

This service provides our most diverse collection of eBooks as well as audiobooks, which includes new releases, best sellers, and titles from all genres. Access content through your mobile device or on a desktop/laptop. The Libby app is available on Android and iOS devices, but for other eReaders and tablets (Kindle Fire, Nook, Kobo, etc.) you can use the Overdrive app to access content.

Hoopla

Hoopla provides a diverse collection of eBooks, audiobooks, and digital comics as well as streaming movies, television and music! There are no holds for any item in this service - get instant access.

Kids Mode - Hoopla Kids Mode helps parents and their children discover kid-friendly content. When you turn on Kids Mode, you’ll only see content recommended for kids 12 and younger. Parents can turn on Kids Mode for children’s library card access by simply logging into Hoopla with that care, going into Settings and Kids Mode.

Kanopy

Kanopy provides an in-depth collection of streaming films and movies, including popular titles, Criterion Collection titles, documentaries and independent films. There are never any holds for items - get instant access to all materials. Hundreds of videos from the Great Courses series is also available on Kanopy.

Comics Plus

With Comics Plus, you have unlimited access to thousands of digital comics, graphic novels, and manga from a variety of library-friendly publishers. Every title is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on your computer, tablet or phone—no holds or wait lists required. It is also available by downloading the Comics Plus app from the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store. Use your Ramsey Library card number and PIN to start using today.

PLEASE NOTE: Comics Plus is controlled by the link used to access the collection through the website or app. Children or Teens who use the adult link to access Comics Plus may have access to more mature content. If you would like to restrict their viewing to “Juvenile” or “Teen” content, please make sure they are using the Children’s Collection Link or the Teen Collection Link. Those links are all listed here and when you register on the app for the first time, you will be asked which of those collections (Juvenile, Teen, Adult) you would like access to.
